Sirius Logistics LLC is a freight forwarding company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sirius Logistics LLC.

What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, the shipment details you describe and any message you write.
When you apply for a vacancy, we additionally collect your phone number for verification by SMS, your work experience, and the resume and cover letter you upload.
Our servers keep short-lived technical logs of requests — the time, the endpoint and the network address — to diagnose faults and detect abuse. These logs never contain message bodies, resumes, verification codes or full phone numbers.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry to prepare a quote and to answer you, and your application to assess you for the role you applied for. We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.
We process this data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that make this site work: our email delivery provider, our SMS verification provider, and the bot-protection service that screens form submissions. Each processes the data only on our instructions.
We may disclose data where we are required to by law or by a competent authority. We do not otherwise transfer your data to third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and applications are delivered to our mailboxes and kept for as long as needed to answer you or to run the recruitment process, and no longer than our internal retention schedule allows. Files you upload are held in memory for the length of one request and are never written to disk on this website.
Your rights
You may ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing of it. Write to us using the details on our contact page and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date above always reflects the version currently in force.
