What this line is for
If you believe someone acting for Sirius Logistics has broken the law, breached our standards, put safety at risk, or handled cargo or customs paperwork improperly, we want to hear about it. This applies whether you are an employee, a customer, a supplier or a member of the public.
How to report
Write to us using the contact details on our contact page and mark your message for the attention of the Confidential Reporting Line. Tell us what happened, when, and who was involved, and include anything that supports what you describe.
You may report anonymously. If you do, please give us as much detail as you can, since we will not be able to come back to you with questions.
What happens next
Every report is reviewed by management independently of the people it concerns. We acknowledge reports that carry contact details, and we tell you the outcome where we are able to.
No retaliation
We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. Your identity is shared only with those who need it to investigate, and only where you have not asked us to withhold it.
