From Humble Beginnings to Global Reach: The SIRIUS LOGISTICS Story

I was in logistics field, pretty recent, from 2018 in United States and transferred my job to Dubai, UAE. The story of Sirius Logistics is one that started from a simple belief: that there had to be a better way to serve clients in the freight forwarding industry than what I’d seen in my previous roles. I wanted to create a company that not only talked about putting customers first but did it. It was a radical idea at the time, but looking back, I’m proud of what we’ve achieved:

From just me to now over 20 employees, we offer a full range of services including air, ocean, export, import, customs clearance, and cargo insurance.

We expanded into customs clearance and became a trusted name in project forwarding globally, serving industries like oil & gas, energy, mining, retail, perfume, and cement.

Our trading arm, FIDBASE GROUP FZE, helps clients with everything from buying products to handling importations for exhibitions and helping to supply their general needs legally and cost-efficiently .

We’ve got teams in Uzbekistan and Georgia handling operations at major ports and airports. Being part of major freight forwarder networks gives us access to over 5000 partner offices worldwide.

But what’s really fueled our growth and sets us apart?

Firstly, we prioritize our employees. We believe that if we take care of them, they’ll take care of our clients, and success will follow.

Secondly, we’re all about quality over quantity. We might handle fewer shipments per person compared to others, but that’s because we take the time to understand our clients’ needs and come up with the best solutions for them.

We don’t just take orders; we solve problems. Our team is incredibly diverse, coming from over 6 different countries and speaking more than 10 languages. We prefer hiring people with no logistics experience so we can teach them our unique “SIRIUS TRAINING SYSTEM” of client service.
